1. User Roles

Our platform supports two types of users:

• Drivers – Responsible for executing assigned trips.
• Fleet Owners / Transporters – Manage vehicles, drivers, and trips.

2. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

• Company or transporter details
• Driver identification details (where applicable)

b. Trip & Operational Information

• Trip requests and trip allocations
• Vehicle and driver assignment details
• Pickup and delivery locations
• Negotiation details between transporter and admin

c. Location Information (Drivers Only)

When a user logs in as a Driver, the app collects precise location data (GPS coordinates) in order to enable fleet tracking and operational monitoring.

Location tracking:

• Is activated only when a Driver is logged into the app
• Runs in the foreground with a persistent notification displayed
• May continue while the app is minimized or not actively in use
• Stops when the driver logs out

Drivers do not have access to view their own live map location within the app. Location data is transmitted securely to our backend system where it is visible only to authorized Fleet Owners and Administrators for operational management, safety monitoring, and trip coordination.

d. Communication Data

• In-app chat messages
• Uploaded and downloaded documents or images
• SMS notifications
• Push notifications related to trips and system alerts

• Log data and diagnostics

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage online truck booking services

4. Background Location Disclosure

The Driver application collects location data in the background to enable continuous fleet tracking even when the app is not actively open on the screen.

A visible notification is displayed at all times while background location tracking is active. Drivers are informed through in-app disclosure before granting location permissions.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data.

Information may be shared:

• With authorized Fleet Owners and Administrators for trip management
• With trusted third-party service providers (hosting, SMS, push notifications)
• When required by law

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill operational purposes and legal requirements.
